Creative Minds Rehabilitation & Mental Health Counselling Centre based in Lucknow, Creative Minds was founded in 2012 by Dr. Priyanka Singh under the mentorship of the late Shri Surendra Bahadur Singh (Retd. DYSP, UP Police). Though he is no longer with us, his guiding principles continue to inspire our work every day.

Dr. Priyanka Singh (B.Ed, PGDRP, Ph.D) is a Rehabilitation Psychologist, Early Interventionist, and Consultant in Developmental Disabilities. She is also the Com DEALL Program Head – Lucknow Unit and a Certified Group Team Leader of Com DEALL.

Creative Minds is a multispeciality rehabilitation and mental health centre supported by a team of experienced professionals, dedicated to addressing the social, emotional, and psychological needs of children, adolescents, parents, and families.

We proudly run Inclusion Bridge, a special preschool designed exclusively for children with special needs, focusing on early intervention, learning, and holistic development.

Additionally, through Creative Minds Digital Academy, we offer vocational education and skill development programs tailored for children with special needs, helping them build independence and confidence for the future.
