Creative Minds is an affiliate centre of the Com DEALL Trust, Bangalore from lasr 11 years. The centre functions under the leadership of Dr. Priyanka Singh, Director of Creative Minds and a certified Master Trainer of the Com DEALL program. The program at the Lucknow unit is clinically coordinated by Mr. Swastik Kumar Padhi, Clinical Coordinator at the Head Office and Team Leader of the Com DEALL program Lucknow unit.

The Communication DEALL (Developmental Eclectic Approach to Language Learning) Program is a structured, intensive, 10-month group intervention program conducted annually from July to April. The program was initiated in Bangalore in November 2000 and is designed for young children with developmental delays and neurodevelopmental challenges.

 

The primary goal of the Com DEALL program is to prepare children for mainstream schooling by the age of six. Intervention is delivered for three hours a day, five days a week, throughout the academic year. The program focuses on developing key areas such as sensory-motor integration, communication and language skills, social interaction, cognition, play, and behavior.

What distinguishes the Com DEALL model is its holistic and integrated approach. Occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, behavioral intervention, and educational support are seamlessly combined within a single program. This coordinated model reduces the burden on families by providing multiple services under one structured framework.

The program is implemented by a multidisciplinary team that includes occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, physical therapists, developmental psychologists, and special educators. Each child undergoes a comprehensive assessment, followed by individualized intervention planning. The program also emphasizes family involvement through parent counseling, demonstrations, and guided home strategies.

All assessment and intervention protocols are manualized, offering step-by-step guidance with visual illustrations to support development in pre-learning, motor, communication, cognitive, social, and emotional domains for children up to six years of age.

To enhance monitoring and accessibility, the Com DEALL program is supported by digital platforms, including a web-based reporting system (RithM) and the Com DEALL Mobile Application, enabling systematic progress tracking and parent engagement.
